Cute Kitty Named Todd: Kitten vs. Christmas Tree

I had never had a cat growing up, but when I got my first apartment, the first thing I did was get a kitten.

He was 4 months old when Christmas rolled around, and we put up the tree. Every day I would come home from work and find ornaments on the ground. I figured Todd was playing with the ornaments, and moved them all up leaving the bottom few feet of the tree bare. But ornaments kept showing up on the ground.

One day I walked in the living room to find my kitten sitting on a branch half way up the tree watching this ballerina ornament that turned. He was in love with the ballerina - and she is still called his "girlfriend" every year when the ornaments come out.
